Request for Certificate of Taxes and other charges on Real Property
Under Sec. 14.01.022 of the New Castle County Municipal Code and as a service to attorneys and other interested persons, the Office of Finance is authorized to provide a certificate showing all outstanding taxes and other charges on real property that are collected by the County. The certification will be provided to any person who submits a request for such certificate and provides payment of the fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
The certification from NCC will cover current and delinquent county and school property taxes, as well as any outstanding Land Use / Code Enforcement fees.

NOTE:
Your request for tax certificate will NOT be processed until payment is received by NCC.
