Building Better Communities Grant Fund

The Building Better Communities (“The BBC”) Initiative was launched under the direction of County Executive Matt Meyer to identify and implement strategies that will result in violence reduction and increased community engagement in under-served neighborhoods throughout New Castle County. Our next community of interest are Richardson Park & Rosegate.

Applicants that can demonstrate a capacity to serve the following metric(s) (access to youth services, physical/mental health, or public art) in the Richardson Park & Rosegate area will be given higher priority in the current application process.

Requests are reviewed once a month. If your submission is received after requests have been reviewed, it will be included in the submissions for the following month. Please note, a decision regarding your request could take up to 60 days. Your approval of grant application is subject to standard ARPA reporting requirements. Failure to comply in a timely manner will affect implementation status.
