Building Better Communities Grant Fund

The Building Better Communities (“The BBC”) Initiative was launched under the direction of County Executive Matt Meyer to identify and implem t strategies that will result in violence reduction and increased community engagement in under-served neighborhoods throughout New Castle County. Our final round of funding will target the council districts that have not have received BBC funding.

Applicants that can demonstrate a capacity to serve the following metric(s) (access to youth services, physical/mental health, etc.) will be given higher priority in the current application process.

Your approval of grant application is subject to standard ARPA reporting requirements.

Failure to comply in a timely manner will affect implementation status.
